- Irish Coffee, Jameson Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
- ABV: 9.34%
- Nice heavy beer. Winter warmer. Coffee beans in mash.
- Notes of vanilla, tabacco, whiskey, chocolate & coffee.
- El Pajaro Sobrio, Mexican Lager
- 6.8% ABV
- Refreshing lager, ended up with super high efficiency, resulting in high ABV.
- Clean, light, super refreshing.

- Robust Porter
- 5.4% ABV
- Simple Porter fermented with Ringwood yeast. Limited bottles left
- Obvious chocolate and coffee flavor, finished with hints of fruit esters
- 'Murica, American Barleywine
- 10.61% ABV
- Very hop forward classic American Barleywine with west coast flavor
- Hop flavor and aroma of pine and citrus fruit. Strong malt flavor
- Lodgepole, IPA
- 7.34% ABV
- Traditional West Coast IPA
- Flavor and aroma of pine and earth. Medium malt forwardness
- Ruby, Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Red Ale
- 9.3% ABV
- Winter warmer. Limited bottles left
- Obvious rye/citrus flavor. Excellent mouth feel. Malt forward. Easy drinker
